Unit Trust of Fiji UTOF, a managed investment scheme is a market leader In the unit trust industry with more than $390 million investment portfolio and 60,000 investment accounts. UTOF is inviting interested professionals and/or firms to submit an Expression of Interest (“EOI”) to plan and facilitate a two-day strategic planning (SP) session with its key stakeholders. Purpose & Objectives: We invite a talented leading facilitator for UTOF’s strategic planning session to plan and facilitate a productive two-day planning session and assist the team in formulating UTOFs strategic goals and objectives. The session is planned to be held at the end August or early September 2023.

Qualifications and Experience: The facilitator must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Experience in strategy formulation, planning. Management / Transformation and implementation experience.
• Must have master’s qualification from related disciplines.
• Direct work experience in finance, investment, and banking SP & transformation work will be an added advantage.
• Having practical experience in risk management, data analytics, a licensed investment advisor by RBF will be desirable.

Role Expectations;

• Assist with planning, attending, and facilitating the two-day strategic session (in-person).
• Prepare and present a 5-Year Business Plan.

• Introduction – summarize any unique experience, facilitator skill sets, approaches or understanding of the scope of work that you think would be relevant and your CV;
• Experience – identify your related and recent experience with similar tasks as a facilitator
• A fee breakdown for this work including travel costs, if any.
