Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in running a fresh department, produce preferred but not essential
• The ability to coach ad develop staff
• Be positive, approachable and people focused
• Be organised and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis
• Control department costs such as wastage, wages and other operational costs
• Understanding local market and seasonal trends
• Understanding food safety standards (training will be provided)
• Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
