Store Manager Job Vacancy at Maxualu Supermarket Suva Fiji

We are now inviting applications for the following vacant positions.

Post Name: Store Manager (Rakiraki & Nadi)

Key accountabilities include:

• Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Responsible for the daily review of sales & margins report with budgets and take action to address shortfalls.
• Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all personnel paperwork, prepare and submit reports, and monitor sales receipts and cash.
• Monitor stock and inventory and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits and conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure company property is secured, maintained and OHS policies are observed.

The suitable candidate will have:

• Must have at least three years of retail management experience.
• Understand business strategy, team development and expanding customer relation.
• Must be a self starter with excellent leadership and communication skills (both written and oral).
