School Administrator Job Vacancy at Marlborough Girls’ College New Zealand

Post Name: School Administrator
Permanent – 40 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide administrative support to our staff and students. They will be part of the school administration team working together to provide support across the school.
This position will suit a highly organised, people person who thrives in roles which offer a diverse range of tasks and people. First Aid certificate desirable as this person will be a designated First Aider.

Do you have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create strong working relationships
• Excellent computer skills including experience in databases
• Current First Aid certificate
• Skills in coordinating and organising events or projects as directed
• Experience in stock management and procurement
• Experience in student administration or data management systems

The successful candidate will build effective relationships with support and teaching staff, students, whanau and the general community.
