On behalf of the Shareholder, Invercargill City Holdings Limited, we invite applications for the appointment of an independent Director to the Board. This vacancy arises as a result of planned director retirement.
Candidates must be local to Invercargill or Southland. The brief is for a candidate with strong financial acumen, ideally a qualified accountant with some audit experience. Previous governance experience, while of benefit, is not essential.
