Egmont Village School is a small, rural full primary school with a family atmosphere. It is well known for its close proximity to Mt Taranaki, park-like grounds and daffodils. We are the heart of the village. The school is within the Puketapu hapu rohe (Taratangi purchase) and Tangatawhenua are descendents of the Tokomaru Waka and the tribal grouping of Te Atiawa.

A Teacher Aide position has arisen at School

This role is suitable for someone who is:

• Passionate about working with primary school children in an educational setting
• Shows initiative and is able to work independently
• Thrives on a challenge, able to stay calm when faced with challenging situations
• Creative and innovative
• Enjoys collaborating and working closely with others

Previous teacher aide experience is not required, however may be beneficial.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 12.30pm during the school terms only.
All applicants must be eligible to work and currently reside in New Zealand.

Role commences on 30th January 2024.
