Permanent Full-time Warragul/Pakenham campus

We are a not-for-profit organisation, providing education and training that transforms lives, develops careers and gives back to the community. We are seeking a highly organised and quality focused Lead Teacher to help conduct the development implementation, assessment, and reporting of quality curriculum across all our ECG Secondary College campuses.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide teaching staff with timely information on changes and developments in curriculum and seek and share information about training opportunities on curriculum with staff.
• Support teachers to provide an innovative, applied learning program to meet the learning needs of individual students.
• Coordinate teaching staff in the creation of assessment matrices and cover sheets for all VCAL subject descriptions or the new VCE equivalent.
