Broughton Manor Preparatory School is an IAPS coeducational day school with superb facilities for children from 2 months to 11 years.

Job Type:- Permanent/Full Time Position

We wish to appoint a Fees Administrator to join the school’s established finance team.

Reporting directly to the Bursar, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school’s fee income. Duties will include the generation of invoices, Direct Debit collection, cash income, credit control and management reporting.

This post involves regular contact with parents and therefore an approachable manner is essential. Good IT skills are required, particularly sound knowledge of Excel. Experience with Sage and Sims would be advantageous, however, full training will be given to the successful candidate. You will be a team player with good time management and have an empathy for children.

Deadline: Friday 14th December 2018. Interviews will be held in January 2019.
