Presently, we have vacancy for a bookkeeper.

Basic Responsibilities and duties:

• Basic accounting role
• Manage workflow by assigning tasks to/from other employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed on a timely manner.
• Assist in training staff members and new hires.
• Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to
  completion.
• Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
• Respond to questions and requests for information.

Qualification & Skills:

• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting software XERO, MYOB or QuickBooks
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Superior organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
• Must reside in Ba or Tavua
• Overqualified candidates should not apply.
