Archstone Builders LLC, one of the leading construction management firms, is seeking candidates for an Estimator position to perform quantity survey, prep. time, cost & labor estimates, analyze subcontractor bids, undertake feasibility studies, value engineering and life-cycle costing, interface with clients & contractors to provide engineering & cost data regarding project feasibility & costs.

•  Must have Bachelor’s degree in Construct. Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil or Structural Engineering; 2 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor or Estimator; 2 years of experience prepared.
•  Time, cost & labor estimates & bills of quantities for commercial gen. contracting construct.
•  Projects using MS Excel & MS Project; 2 years of experience using Primavera & Buildsoft & analyzing blueprints & plans using AutoCAD.
